Sarah Love Haiti 2012
Why, Hello! As most of you guys know, over the years my heart has been captured by missions. I took my first mission trip of my life to Kenya, Africa a couple years ago. After that there was no going back to simple everyday life. I can't imagine myself doing anything else with my life. I know our Lord tells us to go and be fishers of men and love people, and my passion in life is my lost brothers and sisters. My biggest passion is the children. They have always had a huge part of my heart for so many years.
Going to Haiti, for me, is an exciting, new experience that I cannot wait to see, feel, and fall in love with. With Haiti being one of the poorest nations in the world, I know my heart is going to be challenged, but I know the Lord will make it overflow with love. My biggest goal on this trip is not to convert, nor try to make the Haitians follow our American way of mind, but to simply love them and show them Jesus is already working in them. I cannot wait to just love and hug all those dirt-covered faces, and bright smiles.
